My name is Gina, and for 29 years, I have been doing one thing — transforming skin.
Not treating it. Not maintaining it. Transforming it. I have never once believed that transformation should come in a menu of options where you have to figure out what you need. That is not your job. That is mine.

When you come to Freshly Plum, you do not choose a facial. You choose to trust me — and I take that seriously. I assess your skin, I listen to your story, and I build your entire experience around exactly what your skin needs that day. Nothing generic. Nothing wasted. Everything intentional.
From the moment you arrive — the weighted blanket, the specialty massages, the aromatherapy, the fresh flowers, the tea waiting for you when we are done — every detail has been designed to tell you one thing: you are worth this. Your skin is worth this. Your time is worth this.

I did not choose this profession. It chose me.
Twenty-Nine years ago, I stepped into this work knowing it was my purpose — and every client who has sat in my chair since then has confirmed it. I have seen what happens when a woman finally has someone truly in her corner, when she stops guessing and starts seeing real results. When she leaves, not just glowing but knowing — knowing what her skin needs, knowing she has a plan, knowing she found her person.
That is what I am here for. That is what I have always been here for.

Outside the Treatment Room

When I’m not caring for skin, you’ll find me on my porch with my dog, Marlow, reading my Bible and enjoying the morning birdsong—our little ritual of starting the day with intention and gratitude.

My love of the holistic side of skincare has led me to explore the incredible world of plants, travel to experience other cultures, and learn from their rituals, routines, and cuisine—I’m a total foodie and love trying new things!

I enjoy dancing to just about any genre of music, and love to sing out loud, even though I can’t carry a tune! Some say I’m a little sweet and spicy (hubby). Beach getaways allow me to relax and reconnect with my spirit.

Outdoor concerts and great restaurants ( I’m a foodie!), and time with family make my heart sing. Oh yeah, let’s not forget Pilates!

Skincare isn’t just a career for me; it’s a part of my life that I can’t go without. I genuinely pour my passion into every treatment, every product, and every connection with a client, because helping someone feel their best brings me joy that’s impossible to describe.

What I know for sure..

I believe that how our skin ages is influenced by two key factors: what we consume and what we apply to our skin. Nourishing the body from within and supporting the skin barrier with appropriate care creates the foundation for healthy, resilient skin over time.
