At Freshly Plum Skincare, we value our clients and strive to provide a personalized experience for each appointment. We kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below to ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
• We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
• Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service out of respect for other clients. The full-service fee may still apply.
Membership & Package Cancellations
• If you have a membership or prepaid package, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
• No refunds are provided for partially used memberships or packages.
Emergency Considerations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a sudden illness or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.

Freshly Plum Skincare Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your skincare! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges:

Time Frame: You may return or exchange unopened and unused facial products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and in resellable condition.

Opened Products: For opened or gently used products, we offer store credit or exchange only, provided the item is returned within 14 days and more than half of the product remains.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items that are less than half full or outside the return window.
